In 2018 while working at a christian summer camp, the Lord undeniably laid it on Micah's heart to plant a church called, Unity Church, in Detroit. Over six years later, through the collective effort of many churches, organizations, and individual ministry partners, Unity Church was launched in the Virginia Park neighborhood in Detroit with a small group of committed believers on September 15th, 2024. They have been faithfully meeting every Sunday since and are continually working toward their mission to advance God's kingdom in Detroit, together.
